Mission Statement
Refreshing Spring Community Church has a comprehensive and effective Community Outreach Ministry that continues to touch and change lives in the Inland Empire. The Community Outreach Ministry is comprised of ministers, evangelists and lay members who are dedicated to sharing the love and gospel of Jesus Christ to those within our community. Our mission is to reach out to people by sharing our resources, our time and our love.

Our Goal
It is the goal of the Community Outreach Ministry to acquaint, establish, and connect RSCC with the community in which we worship. To help meet the spiritual and material needs of our community friends. To show the love of Jesus Christ through our service, share the Word of God through witnessing and testimonies. To minister and counsel to the spiritual and natural needs of individuals.

Our Objective
The objective of the Community Outreach Ministry is to reach out to our community and help those in need by going out to the community in order to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. To show God's love through our service by providing food and clothing and hosting special services, events and activities.
